Open Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

Go to Tools then click on E-mail Accounts….

Click the button next to “Add a new e-mail account” under E-mail.
Click Next.

Click the button next to “POP3 Connect to a POP-3 e-mail server to download your
   e-mail”.
Click Next.

Step 5

“Your Name” under User Information is your name.
“E-mail Address” under User Information is your e-mail address.

Step 6

“Incoming mail server (POP3)” under Server Information is mail.website.com.
   If your Web site is www.website.com, take off www and put the word mail.
“Outgoing mail server (SMTP)” under Server Information is mail.thedomain.com.
   If your web site is www.website.com, take off www and put the word mail.
   If this doesn’t work, you may have to find out from your ISP (Internet Service Provide)
   this information. For example, if you have Time Warner Road Runner, it is
   smtp-server.houston.rr.com.

“User Name” under Logon Information is your e-mail address.
“Password” under Logon Information is the password provided to you.
   If you need to change your password, contact your supervisor/administrator.
Click Test Account Settings ....

If everything worked correctly, it should say “Congratulations! All tests completed
   successfully. Click Close to continue.”
If you encounter an error, please go back through these steps to see if you typed
   something incorrect.
Click Close
