TUTORIALS // CHANGE PASSWORDS FOR ALL E-MAIL ACCOUNTS
Step 1
Only Administrators will have access.
Open Any Web Browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera).

Step 2
In the “Address” bar, type in http://www.website.com/cpanel.
Just type in your web site address like normal then add the forward slash “/” and the
word “cpanel”.
Press Enter on the keyboard or click Go.

Step 3
For the “User name” and “Password”, enter the user name and password that was
provided to you by Beucler Creative Services.
Don't check “Remember my password”. If you have this checked and someone uses your
computer after you and types in http://www.website.com/cpanel, it will automatically
log them in.
Click OK.

Step 4
If there was an error, you may see this screen.
Try entering your user name and password again to see if you mispelled anything.
Click Login

Step 5
If you can't remember your password to cPanel, enter your user name in the box below
to have your password reset and e-mailed to the e-mail on file.
Click the box labeled clicking here.

Step 6
Once inside cPanel, click on the icon labeled Mail. It should be the first icon available.

Step 7
Click on Manage/Add/Remove Accounts.

Step 8
You should now see a list of all the e-mail accounts that have been created.

Step 9
Click Change Pass next to the e-mail account.

Step 10
Enter the new password for the e-mail account.
You don’t have to remember the old password to change it. This is useful if the user
forgets his or her password.
Click Change.

Step 11
If completed successfully, a confirmation box will display.
Click Go Back

Step 12
To a change another password for a different account, begin at Step 9.
To go back to the main menu, click the Go Back button at the bottom of the screen or the
Home button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you are finished, click the Logout button in the upper right hand corner of the screen or
close the browser.
